Where Do We Ship From?

We ship eligible U.S. orders from our U.S. warehouses. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $50 or more.

General Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In periods of high demand, there might be a slight delay in shipment. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order is subject to shipping delays, we will inform you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping within the US

COOFEEL offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped from an available U.S. warehouse based on product availability and delivery location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates for International Orders

For customers outside the US, shipping rates and delivery estimates will vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. International delivery times may vary due to the distances involved and customs clearance processes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
